Beth Sprouse has been working in restaurants since she was a college student at Plymouth State in New Hampshire. Upon graduating in 1998, Beth moved to Boston and entered the corporate world until the fast-paced energy of the hospitality industry beckoned her away from a desk job. With her history of waiting tables and bartending, Beth quickly stepped into a position as manager and Maitre d’ at Houston's in Faneuil Hall. Here Beth was able to combine her organizational skills with an intrinsic knack for Front House daily operations.

After leaving Houston's, Beth thrived as general manager for several independently owned restaurants developing a love of fine dining and an appreciation for local New England products. When she joined the team at Chez Henri in 2007, the simplicity of the menu and warm neighborhood Bistro atmosphere was the perfect fit for Beth's philosophy on dining and hospitality. As general manager she is a well-rounded professional, who in addition to running the daily operations also plans special events and books private parties. Beth is meticulous with details and planning, and a private party at Chez Henri is an unforgettable occasion with personal touches and superior service.

When she's not balancing her many duties as general manager Beth loves to relax at her home in Stoneham with her husband Kelly, son Cash, and the family pets Sadie and Maybel. She and Kelly, also a seasoned restaurant manager, enjoy keeping up on the latest new places to eat in Boston and often find themselves dining for sport.
